The recently renovated Landmarc Building included the addition of the rooftop Ocean Blue Restaurant & Oyster Bar. The project consisted of a main bar area, service bar, complete kitchen design and installation with walk-in coolers, exhaust hood and custom fabricated stainless steel counters and accessories.
John Joy Elementary School (Rome City School District) The renovation project at John Joy Elementary School was a complete renovation of the kitchen and included the installation of a new walk-in cooler/freezer, exhaust hood, cooking equipment, serving line and dishroom equipment.
The VA Medical Center in Bath NY project consisted of renovation of the Main Kitchen at Building 24. The project consisted of renovation of the main serving line and beverage counters with custom fabricated millwork counters, exhaust hood over the “on line” a la carte cooking area and digital menu board systems.
The Spencer VanEtten School District completed its capital improvement project, which included the addition of a new serving line, cooking equipment, exhaust hoods, refrigerated storage and dishroom room equipment at the High School.
